OUTFIERCE™ ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the OUTFIERCE™ mobile application (the "App").

• User-generated content (journal entries, goals, notes, check-ins)

• Device information (device model, OS version)

• Usage analytics (app opens, features used, crash logs) — anonymized

• Local storage data (preferences saved on device)

We do NOT collect:

• Precise location data (unless you explicitly enable it)

• Sensitive personal data without consent

• Data from other apps

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve the App's functionality

• Personalize your experience ("IT'S ALL WITHIN.")

• Store your progress locally and in the cloud (if an account is created)

• Send optional motivational notifications (with your permission)

• Fix bugs and analyze performance

We do NOT sell your personal data.

3. Data Storage and Security

• Data is stored locally on your device and optionally in encrypted cloud storage (Firebase/Supabase/etc. — update with your actual backend).

• We implement industry-standard security measures.

• Journal and personal reflection data is kept private to your account.

4. Third-Party Services

The App may use:

• Google Play Services — for app distribution and billing

• Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics — for anonymous crash reporting and usage stats (you can opt out in settings)

• RevenueCat / Stripe — if you offer in-app purchases (no payment data stored by us)

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy.

5. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

• Access, edit, or delete your data

• Delete your account at any time via Settings > Delete Account

• Opt out of analytics

• Export your data

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us immediately.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. You can request deletion at any time.

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you via an in-app notice or email and update the "Last Updated" date.
